Court of Vinnitsa has obliged «AESP-Ukraine» company to pay back the debts to «Euroformat Plant», LLC!

The Economic Court of Vinnitsa region made a ruling in December, 2009, by which «AESP-Ukraine» company was obliged to fulfill all financial liabilities in favor of «Euroformat Plant», LLC, having arisen during the whole period of the cooperation.

The grounds for going to law, and also for the annulment of business relations, initiated by «Euroformat Plant», LLC, was unfair execution of the contractual conditions on the part of «AESP-Ukraine» company.

Thus, the company that has preferred the court ruling over normal business cooperation must settle its liabilities before «Euroformat Plant», LLC in the course of six months.

In view of that, «CARCASE METAL-WARE» Department of the industrial group of companies «EUROFORMAT» recommends its partners and other market players to use caution at selecting future partners. 

And to restrain unfair actions of the partners, which hamper the establishment of transparent forms of cooperation between participants of the telecommunication equipment market in Ukraine.
